No Excuse for Not Getting Enough Sleep
The best way for people to drop a bomb on their health is by depriving themselves of sleep. Does your laptop remain on at all times? Doesn’t your phone’s display dim and blackout after a few seconds automatically? What does that tell you? It tells you that even machines need rest. In a similar way, your brain needs rest too. Do your best to create and maintain a sleep schedule and get ample hours of sleep to truly refresh your mind.
